PÖETTINGER is an Austrian family-owned company that manufacture agricultural farm machinery with an Irish commercial subsidiary based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Following the purchase of a new commercial premises the organization sought our services to complete due diligence and feasibility services initially for planning and building regulation compliance for a commercial fit out. This was followed by a change of use planning application, re-design and fit-out of the space to accommodate a new reception area, office, kitchen, conference and training rooms with the project successfully completed on time and handed over in 2018.
