End of Terrace Transformation
Project Overview
Buying a new home as the owners eagerly awaited the arrival of their first child meant that the design stage was the most important stage for this end of terrace transformation to allow them to future proof and minimise any stress as the build progressed. Using an architect from design to build through to home hand-over brought the renovation seamlessly through each stage with third party services including Quantity Surveyor and Structural Engineer on board as part of the team.
A full renovation of the home including the front facade, rear extension ( sq.m ) with new kitchen and living space, complete modernisation of the bathrooms and the demolition of a rear garden shed to allow for a new and extended space for a utility room has increased the floor area of the home to allow for more zoned and comfortable living as the family grows.
The project was built using ICF construction method and completed on schedule in months. All project management was conducted via a project app allowing seamless transfer of information between architect, client and builder.
