NEW BUILD

Undertaking a New Build

Building your new home is all about new beginnings and for many, culminating in years of saving and planning before the process gets underway from a design and planning perspective. However, exciting it may be, it also needs careful due diligence and appraisal from budget, design and planning to ensure that all your hopes and dreams, needs and wants are considered. We all have families and have built homes so understand the importance of getting it right for you and your yours. Our practice has considerable expertise in the more behavioural aspects of home design and human dynamic and understand the need to engage each client as a valued team member, educating them in the process to make the best decisions for their home now and in the future.

Collaborative Team

We know that technology can help make those difficult design decisions easier and we also know that you may not be able to read a technical drawing, so from the first design meeting we work in 3d to help you visualise your new home and interiors. We bring the collaborative team together (Quantity Surveyor, BER Assessor and Structural Engineer), and use intelligent building software to ensure your home is designed to meet all current building standards and more importantly your budget.

We manage from the first design meeting to 3d visualisations, the full planning stage, the tendering process, contract signing, on-site projects management through to signing off for certification and bank draw-down.  We do this using advanced project management software that is user friendly and available 24/7 during the process linking the builder, architect and you, the client from anywhere in the world. If you are considering using an architect to design your new home, we offer a one-hour complimentary consultation in our Waterford offices with our RIAI Accredited practice architects (Book your Complimentary consultation now).
