Karen Douglas

Director / Operational Excellence

Karen oversees the day to day running of the practice and is the designated client and staff coach, helping clients decide on the most appropriate service for their budget and project size and working directly with the team to develop soft-skills training to complement their technical abilities. She also leads the roll-out and integration of Lean into the practice with the introduction of a Workflow Planning System and Protocol library.

Lean Excellence

Karen has recently completed a Masters in Lean Excellence (Six Sigma Black Belt Certified) at WIT researching a thesis on Customer Value at design stage. In her spare time Karen spends it with her three daughters, family and friends, reading American Fiction and fashion/ art biographies.
